Autumn Wedding Decoration Inspiration

With cooler mornings and the nights drawing in, autumn weddings take on a different look from the fresh feel of spring and summer weddings. Inspired by the rich autumnal hues, décor can take on warmer tones of caramel, chocolate and coffee or firework oranges and buttery yellows. These wonderful colours may be introduced into the decoration of the venue as well as in floral displays, chair coverings and table decorations.


To this end we have introduced some sumptuous new colours to our paper lantern range, including cinnamon, chocolate and cappuccino. These combine with latte and burgundy or even gold for a luxurious look. Flowers which complement this autumnal theme include dahlias, which come in a wide range of hues and shapes, daisies, ranunculas, late flowering roses, and hydrangeas. Although the deciduous leaves are falling there’s still no shortage of evergreen foliage to set off the flowers.

Our paper lanterns come in 31 different colours, so whatever your particular colour scheme we have the widest choice available anywhere. The lanterns start at 8” in diameter and some are available in super sizes – 36”, 42” and 48” in diameter.
